Our privacy policy explains how we (“Atom Intruder Alarms”) use and protect your information in general and when using this website.
We strive to ensure that your information and privacy is protected, any information you provide will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.

We may collect the following information to enable us to carry out our business and offer our services such as:-
Your contact information including, Name, Address, Postcode, Telephone number(s) and e-mail address.
A survey will normally be carried out to ascertain your preferences and requirements for your security system in order to provide you with a quote and system specification.
For customers who choose to pay for maintenance cover by means of a monthly standing order payment we will collect their bank details in order to facilitate this with their bank.
What we do with the information we gather:-
The records that we keep include your personal information and system details which are required to provide warranty and maintenance services, to enable scheduling of routine maintenance and service visits and to allow for emergency call out services.
The email address which you have provided may be used to communicate when routine services are due. We may also occasionally send promotional emails about new products, services, special offers or other information which you may find interesting. (You can tell us your preferences with regard to using your e-mail for these purposes)
We do not sell or share your personal information to any third party (Except as detailed below for certification and monitoring services)
Security of customer’s information:-
It is our priority to ensure your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect. This includes secure password protected computers and systems.
We will also strive to keep your information up to date when advised of any changes or alterations to details.
How long will your data be stored:-
We will retain your personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, in order to satisfy all legal, accounting, reporting requirements and to provide an active customer with our services.
Right to access the information we hold:-
Under certain circumstances, you have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you and to check that we are processing it lawfully. You may also request any correction, deletion, suspension or for the transfer of your personal information to another party.

How we use cookies:-

Monitoring Services For customers that have their alarm systems monitored by either of our monitoring service providers - G4S or EMCS, we are required to pass on your contact details and that of your nominated key-holders to the service provider.
